What the World Costs- El Salvador

This one almost feel like cheating.  I debated converting it to pesos, limps and other assorted currencies, but thought otherwise.  My enduring thought while spending money in El Salvador was that this must have been what it was like buying stuff maybe in the 1960s or 1970s.  Oh, the value of a "cora" (a quarter).

15c: 500 ml bag of water; cup of coffee
20 c: bus ride in San Salvador, Santa Ana
25c: pickup truck ride to Perquin
30c: pupusas on the street
43c: 1.5 hour bus to Lago Chapeque
50c: fried plantains; jugo de pina
60c: 1.25 hour bus from San Salv to Libertad
80c: giant creme filled donut at Mister Donut
$1: pilsener beer; necklace at the beach; huge stein of coffee at El Trunco
$1.20: breakfast completo with eggs, tortillas, frijoles and plaintains
$1.25 1.5 hr bus from Santa Ana to San Salvador
$1.50: expensive beer on the lake
$2.25: bagel with cream cheese for my bday
$3: huevos rancheros El Trunco with frijoles, plaintains and white cheese; 3 hour bus from San Salv to San Miguel
$4: red puma hat
$5: Big burger and fries on the Lake
$6: per person for 4 bed room at Hotel libertad in Santa Ana
$7: dorm in Ximena (San Salv), dorm at Papaya Lodge (El Trunco); whole fried fish
$9: per person for 2 bed room at Hotel Libertad in Santa Ana
$10: surfing lessons; surf board rental
